90gr +P Lehigh and Underwood Xtreme Defender

The Lehigh bullet and the Underwood team are making a seriously interesting bullet.    The Underwood Xtreme Defender has more aggressive fluting resulting in more energy dispersal and less penetration. The 9mm the 90gr Defender in +P at 1475fps and 435 ft/lbs and the faster 90gr Defender +P+ at 1550fps and 480 ft/lbs looks absolutely devastating!!!Check out the very interesting vid that also shows important info on penetration.  I will be ordering this very soon. 4 layers denim, 2 slabs of pork…See More

John when you get the holster and adjust to your liking then check to see where the sight edge "catches."  When I get a "mental picture" of where mine does I know how to move the gun to withdraw it form the holster.  I think the piping area will compress eventually and lessen any catching.  This really is just due to the Boberg sight being a bit larger than the crappy ones out there on some compacts.  It's a nice light holster.

John,

any plans to bring your XR9 to the Conroe area in the near future? I would still love to shoot it. Gander Mtn opened a range in Spring if that is closer.

Thanks

Bob

There are a couple, but I prefer the indoor range of Shooters Station on SH105. it is $12 per lane for an hour. Just let me know when you are coming to Conroe and I will see what I can do to meet you.

Thanks

Bob

John,

Do you have your Borberg yet? I would love to shoot one. What did you think of my offer of  a box of ammo?

Thanks

Bob
