Went to the local auto parts store and picked up a tune of this to use on the unlock cam:

That is the cheap aluminum stuff.  Molybdenum-based is the best.  Here is one source: http://secure.nhbragg.com/product/lps-laboratories-04108-all-purpos...

Thanks and just placed an order online.

I looked at Arne's suggestion and they list Loctite 51048 as an alternate product. It is also a metal-free Molybdenum-based compound, and may be easier to find. I got some locally at Grainger, and you can get it cheaper online.
